THE FULL MEMBERSHIP is the most comprehensive and prestigious membership classification available.  It entitles the member and family full and unlimited use and privileges of all Club facilities and activities.  Dependants may be children up to the age of 21 or full time student.  Monthly dues for the full member are $277.00, plus tax.

THE SINGLE MEMBERSHIP entitles the member full and unlimited use and privileges of all Club facilities and activities.  Monthly dues for the single member are $187.00, plus tax.

THE SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP is designed for members that are not golfers, but want to enjoy the elegant dining facilities and the oversized, sparkling clean swimming pool. Social members are entitled to enjoy all Club facilities and activities, excluding certain limitations pertaining to the golf courses. Social members must be twenty-one (21) years of age. Monthly dues for the social member are $135.00, plus tax.

THE NON-RESIDENT MEMBERSHIP is designed for those members that do no reside in Finney County, Kansas.  Non-resident members enjoy the unlimited use and privileges of all Club facilities and activities.  The associate member is also exempt from quarterly minimum charges.  Monthly dues for the non-resident member are $140.00, plus tax.

THE JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP is designed for those young families that desire to be a part of Country Club life.  It entitles the member and family to full and unlimited use and privileges of all club facilities and activities.  Junior members must be between the ages of twenty-one (21) and thirty-five (35) years of age.  Upon obtaining the age of thirty-five (35), the junior member will automatically become a full member with no additional initiation fee required.  Monthly dues for the junior members between the ages of 21 to 25 are $116.00, plus tax.  Monthly dues for the junior members between the ages of 26 to 35 are $180.00, plus tax.

THE SENIOR MEMBERSHIP entitles the member and family full and unlimited use and privileges of all clubs facilities and activities.  The senior member must be seventy (70) years old and have held a full membership for ten (10) years consecutively.  The monthly dues for the senior member are $116.00, plus tax.

THE CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP is owned by a corporation, business or firm and shall be registered in the name of a designee and their family.  A corporation, business or firm is entitled to an unlimited number of designees and each designee must meet all requirements for membership.  Each designee must be associated in the same corporation, business or firm.  A designee may be changed by the corporation, business or firm from time to time, subject to advance approval by The Golf Club at Southwind and the payment of re-designation fee, if any. The initial corporate membership designee shall pay 100% of the applicable initiation fee for the full member category. Each additional designee shall pay 0% of the applicable initiation feel for the full member category. All designees shall pay monthly dues at the applicable rate.

 
INITIATION FEES are due upon signing the membership contract, and are non-refundable. The membership fees are as follows, plus tax:

SINGLE MEMBERSHIP $1200
SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP $500
NON-RESIDENT MEMBERSHIP $1200
JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP $500 (option to pay fee in 1 year, interest free for 6 months.)

QUARTERLY MINIMUM CHARGES
The quarterly food and beverage minimum charges for Full, Single, Social, Junior and Senior Members are $120.00. This requirement assures full utilization of the Club’s facilities and assures maximum quality for food and beverage operations.

MEMBERSHIP DUES INCREASE
Membership dues will increase by 3% - 5% each year.
